Learn about signs and symptoms.

Learn about coping skills.

Share a story.

Most of all, know that living with a mental illness makes you a superhero.

Living with a loved one who has a mental illness makes you an essential part of the world.

Keep fighting. The louder we scream, the harder it will be to ignore.

Imagine the first two things you see on your timeline being: a major Charlotte news station disrespectfully saying happy columbus day.

And the world, once again, fat shaming a plus size sistah.


It's at these times, we must dig deep into ourselves and do whatever it takes to protect our mental health. There are SO MANY parts of life that will discourage you from doing that, but stay safe and strong.
